Structural Design for a residential complex composed of 9 buildings, 100000 square meters, and more than 1000 apartments built so far. The last 2 buildings in the
complex will be finalized in 2022, delivering another 220 apartments.

Structural design for 4 apartment buildings in the complex, totalizing approximately 500 apartments. The project was finalized in 2020.

Joli Coeur Berlin
Structural Design and Site assistance in order to retrofit an old hospital into an apartment building. The entire building and roof were redesigned, in some areas 3D Laser scanning was used for structural surveys.
